Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95)

• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Great for families or those planning ahead
How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (before summer and major competitions), processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
While we don’t charge additional fees, some countries may impose customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in our shipping costs or product prices.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your swim gear. You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both inches and centimeters. For competition swimwear, please note that these often fit tighter than regular swimwear. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
