Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must include all original tags and labels
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Swimwear (including competition swimwear, aquashorts, and briefs)
- Swimming caps
- Swimming goggles (unless unopened in original packaging)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
- Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship your return to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error
Defective or Damaged Items
