Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your swimming gear. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- All swimwear (competition swimwear, aquashorts, briefs, boy’s swimwear, girl’s swimwear)
- Swimming caps
- Swimming goggles (unless unopened in original packaging)
Return Eligibility

How to Return an Item
